Important Notes    

Please read these notes carefully as they relate to all hires


1.
All prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE OF TRANSPORT, INSURANCE and V.A.T.
2. The minimum hire charge is £20 + V.A.T.
3. The prices herein quoted are daily rates.  Weekly hire is charged as 4 days.
4. The following discounts apply:-    2 weeks = 10%   3 weeks = 15%   4 weeks = 20%   6 weeks = 25%   8 weeks = 30%   10 weeks = 35%  12 weeks = 40%  15 weeks = 45%   24 weeks = 50%
5. Equipment and services can only be supplied in accordance with the Company's Conditions of Business (of which this Price List forms part), which limits Better Sound’s liability. Accordingly, clients are strongly advised to insure every facet of their project upon which they are engaged, against all risks. The Conditions require the client to pay for loss or damage at current replacement cost.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, equipment will normally be available for collection from 4.30 pm on the working day before the hire commences. The Company reserves the right to charge additional hire for equipment not returned by 10.00am the next working day after hire ends.
7. Missing items not returned within 7 days of notification will be charged for.
8. Clients own equipment returned to us in error will be deemed lost property if not claimed within 6 months of notification.
9. Enquiries are welcomed for items not on this list.
10. Opening hours:-     Monday – Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm      Saturday Closed      Sunday 9.00am - 12.00am

LICENSING

Radiomics:- Better Sound Ltd have licences for all PMSE (Programme Making & Special Events) frequencies and can generally supply all clients requirements. In addition, the ‘de-regulated’ and ‘fixed site’ radiomic frequencies are available.
