Setting up a Business acount

On the first two hires, an
official order on headed paper , together with a copy of your 'Goods
In Trust' insurance, must be supplied either by email, fax
or on collection of the equipment. All subsequent hires must
have an official order or number, as agreed with the hire manager who
deals with your booking

Similarly, on the first two
occasions, the hire charge and any transport costs, as agreed with
your company and our hire manager, must be paid before the hire
commences.

Complete & return to us
our 'Conditions Of Business' form signed by an authorised person.

A deposit set at a level
determined by the replacement value and its area of use (see Methods
of Payment).

Setting up a
Personal account
-
On the first hire, an
individual must collect the equipment from our premises. At this time
a document, such as a passport or photo driving licence or other
recognised photo pass, must be presented. Two utility bills showing
that the client resides at the stated address will also be required.
(If the circumstances dictate that the person cannot attend in person,
e.g. because of locality, other arrangements may be permitted but
stringent rules apply).

As with a company account,
the first two hires must be paid for on collection or before the hire
commences.
